Owner and Chef ... was brought up in the area, and after spending 13 years working in Melbourne and London, had decided to return home. Bringing with him a wealth of skill and knowledge.

Frank worked in London for many top profile chef’s including Antonio Carluccio, whom Jamie Oliver trained under and Aldo Zilli for whom Frank ran 3 restaurants in Soho.

Franks culinary skills also brought him an award in London for being in the top 3 Italian restaurants, being featured on T.V. and in magazines and the chance to cook for many well known celebrities. Coming from a Mediterranean background, he is highly influenced by Spanish and Italian flavours. Modern Italian but with his own special flare.
