Mindlefulness - Living in the moment Meditation

Relax and rejuvenate in the tranquil mountain surrounds of Feathertop with a mindfulness workshop with Tessa Hughes.

In Tessa's three hour introductory workshop, you will learn to find your inner peace and develop techniques whilst taking in the breathtaking surroundings of Mt Buffalo, the rolling green hills, and the exquisite vineyard gardens.

Mindfulness has become a useful tool for many individuals and workplaces to assist people to manage the complexities and busyness of modern life.

The session will provide information about the benefits of mindfulness as well as explore different techniques to develop mindfulness.

After easing into the day with morning tea at the winery, Tessa will then take you through a three hour introductory session on mindfulness meditation, followed by a buffet style lunch.

The focus will consist of locating peacefulness/calmness, gaining a better understanding of stress and its impact, mindfulness eating, enjoying guided meditation for pure relaxation, visualisations, quick tips in daily life and body mapping exercise.

There will be time for informal discussion and interaction with other participants.
