style gardens, featuring imported Italian
cast iron water fountains and urns.
Including marbled bathrooms throughout
and artworks and antiques in each suite. The Deluxe wing and Cabina wing
overlook Mt Buffalo and Buckland Valley.
The Great Room enjoys the most
dramatic and finest vistas in Victoria.
Imagine a magnificent 5 course degustation dinner cooked by our talented chef John Spencer and a bottle of wine from our extensive local and imported varietals. Each Deluxe and Grande suite includes:

Our Chef Hat Restaurant is open Wednesday through to Sunday all year round for our set 5-course degustation menu. Bookings on a Friday and Saturday night require the guest dinning with us for a minimun of one night. Our degustation dinning is $70 per person.
All prices per couple per night and include a fully cooked gourmet breakfast. Villa Gusto rates are the same for public holidays, weekends or mid week. The Villa has not increased its rates for 5 years!!
