While we endeavour to be as flexible as possible our standard policy is as follows: In the event that you cancel your booking we are happy on most occasions to hold your deposit over for you to come and stay at a later date. If you wish a refund of your deposit then a small administration charge of $20 will be deducted to cover our costs. However if less than fourteen days notice is given the deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-let the lodge for the entire period of the cancellation with a booking of equal value. Changes to confirmed bookings after arrival are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full tariff of all days cancelled. We suggest you consider travel insurance to cover any losses incurred if unforeseen circumstances force you to alter your travel plans.
