30 days notice is required on cacellations for Christmas Easter Long weekends Melbourne Cup School Holidays Hot Rod Weekend & Autumn Festival for a refund less $20 administration expenses.
Cancellations less than 30 days from booking date over these periods are not refunded. All other times require 7 days notice for a refund on deposits less $20 administration expenses.
