Its a time for getting out and exploring the region and its many attractions, visiting the wineries, weekend markets or maybe some horse riding may tempt you. Security Deposit
This applies via pre authorization of your Credit card on check in/arrival for both forms of our self-contained accommodation ie. Studio Apartment this security deposit is $300.00 and may apply for other forms of accommodation at the discretion of the manager.
More than 14 days notice given .... full refund applies less 15% cancellation charge and commission
8 - 13 days notice given .... 50% refund applies less 15% cancellation charge and commission
7 days or less notice given .... sorry no refund
Consideration should be given to seeking travel insurance (particularly for longer stays) to cover cancellation costs medical or other emergencies that may arise.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
This applies via pre authorization of your Credit card on check in/arrival at Braeview for both forms of our self-contained accommodation ie. Studio Apartment this security deposit is $300.00.
At Braeviews discretion negligent/malicious damage loss or theft of property will be charged to your credit card at full replacement cost.
We have a non smoking policy inside our accommodation - at Braeviews discretion an airing fee will be charged to your credit card (one days tariff) if it is found you have smoked in your accommodation.
A late check-out fee will be charged if your check-out time has not been adhered to.
An excess cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if deemed necessary. Single night bookings on Saturday nights occasionally become available this single night at weekends will be surcharged 20% above the rate quoted. VISITORS: Visitors during the day are welcome in self contained accommodation athough this should be pre organized with Braeview first.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate visitors in Traditional B&B rooms in the main residence.
